Service details, timelines, and delivery dates will be confirmed through email, phone, WhatsApp, or written agreement.

2. Digital Delivery

Any digital documents such as invoices, quotations, event plans, booking confirmations, designs, schedules, or receipts will be shared through email, WhatsApp, or other agreed digital communication channels.

3. Physical Items

If any physical items such as invitation cards, gifts, decorations, printed materials, or event-related products are included in the service package, delivery will be arranged as discussed with the client.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be informed in advance.

4. Delivery Timeline

The delivery timeline for physical or digital items may vary depending on the type of service, location, availability, and event requirements.

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver all agreed materials or services within the committed timeline.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping or delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned in the quotation, invoice, or agreement before confirmation of the order.

6. Delay in Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, transport issues, government restrictions, strikes, accidents, or any situation beyond our control.

In such cases, we will inform the client as soon as possible and try to make suitable alternative arrangements.

7. Service Location

Event-related services will be provided at the location confirmed by the client. Any change in venue or delivery address must be informed in advance.
